Since 2015 POGEA RACING has been manufacturing exhaust systems entirely in house. In our production facility in Friedrichshafen every component is created on state of the art machines and with the highest level of quality, from the flange to the muffler and the tailpipe. The foundation is a precise analysis of the original system: exhaust temperatures, back pressure, heat spots, restrictions and sound levels are measured and documented with accuracy. Based on this data we develop tailor made performance systems made from stainless steel grades 1.4201 and 1.4828 from ThyssenKrupp, welded with high quality W2 argon and back purged on request.
Our systems are available for classic cars, modern sports cars and all common manufacturers, regardless of model or engine configuration. With our KBA certification we offer TÜV compliant solutions with all required documentation and we can also handle registration and reporting upon request. We produce valved exhaust systems with vehicle independent CAN bus, OEM integration or internal electronics and we also supply other tuning companies with components, tooling and series parts.
