Since 1997, we've been engineering solutions that make a genuine difference. From sophisticated software and hardware upgrades to precision manufacturing and bespoke components, everything we create serves a purpose: to make an automobile better, more capable, and more distinctive. MONSTERexhaust represents our approach to performance exhaust systems, designed to give cars back the voice and soul they've lost while remaining fully road legal. POGEAforged combines lightweight engineering, structural integrity, and distinctive design in our custom forged wheels. And POGEA.classics is where automotive heritage meets modern craftsmanship. Whether preserving the original lines, character, and authenticity of a classic or completely reimagining it through a bespoke restoration, the owner's vision always comes first. Sometimes that means pushing boundaries. Other times, it means restoring every last detail exactly as the factory intended. There's an old saying we've lived by for years: "You can't harvest the grapes today and expect the finest wine tomorrow." Great things take time. True craftsmanship cannot be rushed, and exceptional quality cannot be forced. Some things simply need the patience they deserve. That philosophy has guided us from the beginning. EVA POGEA

Eva Pogea has been the managing partner of Pogea Racing GmbH since 2006, overseeing management, finance, and controlling. Thanks to her exceptional foresight and strategic expertise, she has played a key role in the company’s growth and international expansion. For major projects, Eva leads quality management and final approvals, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
EDUARD POGEA
FOUNDER / PRESIDENT / COO
Eduard Pogea founded the company in 1997, initially focusing on the restoration of air-cooled Volkswagen and Porsche vehicles. His solid technical background—from an apprenticeship as an industrial painter specializing in automotive technology to a master degree in intregrated engineering (NYU), as well as certifications as a master automotive technician and certified service technician—forms the foundation of his comprehensive responsibilities within the company. Eduard directs the strategic orientation, organizational development, and in-house software and hardware innovation. He is the creative force behind the design and implementation of aerodynamic components. Since 2012, he has also led the training programs for both the commercial and technical departments. Recruitment and overall personnel management are fully under his responsibility.
RAINER HÄGE
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Rainer joined our team in November 2021 and has since been responsible for managing the series production of the MONSTERexhaust exhaust systems as well as overseeing quality assurance. With his extensive expertise in CNC machining, metal cutting, and welding, he perfectly upholds our high standards. Rainer is also our go-to problem solver for complex components and custom-made parts. His approach is characterized by innovation, direct communication, and high efficiency. He consistently ensures that all processes are optimized with a clear focus on achieving targeted solutions.
ALEXANDER ALBERG
WELDING DEPT.
Alexander has been part of the **POGEA RACING** team since summer 2026. As an experienced welder and metal fabricator, he brings extensive expertise in metalworking and component manufacturing, delivering precise results even for complex requirements. His primary focus is on in-house series production. At the same time, he continuously expands his skills, exploring new technologies and advanced manufacturing processes.
