POGEAforged is a registered trademark of POGEA RACING GmbH, based in Friedrichshafen, Germany. Our exclusive forged wheels are developed and manufactured entirely in Germany in cooperation with our production partner PROLINE GmbH in Freudenstadt, in the Black Forest. Every wheel is individually manufactured to customer specifications, precisely tailored to the vehicle, dimensions, offsets, and desired surface finish. Mass production is not an option for our bespoke POGEAforged wheels.
Our wheel designs are created by Eduard Pogea and Alfred Abraham and protected internationally through registered design rights. PROLINE operates more than 24 modern CNC machining centers, including 18 high-precision 5-axis milling machines. CAD engineering, FEM structural analysis, prototype development, and advanced CNC machining enable the precise realization of even the most demanding wheel designs.
We exclusively use premium forged aluminum blanks manufactured in Germany by FUCHSFELGE. The combination of exceptional material strength, low weight, and precision machining forms the foundation of our wheels. Following production, the wheels undergo the required technical inspections and structural strength testing. Individual surface finishing using premium Glasurit coating systems ensures brilliant finishes and long-lasting protection.
