Pogea Racing unveils visionary tuning concept for the Ferrari Purosangue
Friedrichshafen at Lake Constance, 20.11.2023 – Pogea Racing GmbH, one of the leading companies in the field of exclusive automotive refinement, presents for the first time its plans for the technical and visual customization of the coveted Ferrari Purosangue. The computer-generated images provide a first glimpse into the extensive portfolio of future POGEA enhancements for the rare 12-cylinder SUV from Maranello. Aerodynamic components in visible carbon, a suspension system from cooperation partner KW Suspensions, alloy wheels, engine performance, exhaust system, and interior will be developed by Pogea specialists over the next months until series production readiness and TU?V approval.
Individuality at first sight
The overall concept from Pogea Racing comprises a series of impressive features: the front bumper and hood of the Ferrari Purosangue will be equipped with larger air intakes to ensure better engine cooling air supply. This optimized air intake contributes to improving engine performance and allows efficient cooling under demanding driving conditions. Furthermore, extensions on the flanks of the vehicle provide a sporty and distinctive appearance. These perfectly integrated extensions not only give the Ferrari Purosangue a dynamic look but also enhance aerodynamic performance and provide space for larger wheels and tires.
The new dimension for the Purosangue
From 22 inches to 24 inches, the southern German tuning specialist offers a variety of wheel designs and dimensions. Crafted from forged aluminum, the POGEA alloy wheels meet the highest requirements regarding axle loads and desired weight reduction. One of the highlights in the program is the JULES wheel in the patented 10-spoke design. Mounted in the dimension of 9.0 x 23" on the front axle and 11.0 x 24" on the rear axle with tires from the partner Michelin, the Purosangue's wheels become a real eye-catcher.
Consistent lightweight construction
Just like with the wheels, the POGEA team also focuses on consistent lightweight construction for the carbon aerodynamic components. All body parts are manufactured using the state-of-the-art prepreg autoclave process. This manufacturing method ensures outstanding quality and strength of the components. The use of carbon fiber fabric reduces the overall weight of the vehicle while improving structural stiffness.
More power for the thoroughbred
Additionally, Pogea Racing offers progressive power increases up to 820 hp – developed on their own dynamometer. By optimizing, supplementing, or replacing series components with Pogea Racing developments, the impressive performance of the Ferrari Purosangue is maximized. Optimized control units, powerful exhaust systems, and modified turbochargers have been core competencies of the specialists around company CEO Eduard Pogea since the company's foundation.
Carbon and leather – a perfect pairing for the Purosangue interior
The interior of the Ferrari Purosangue is refined with the use of carbon and leather elements. The carefully selected materials create a luxurious atmosphere and emphasize the pursuit of the highest craftsmanship quality and exclusivity.
The innovative vehicle tuning concept by Pogea Racing for the Ferrari Purosangue reflects the passion and technical expertise of the company in the field of automotive refinement. Through outstanding design, precise engineering, and customer-oriented solutions, Pogea Racing sets new standards for discerning Ferrari Purosangue customers seeking an individualized driving experience.
